TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A Tenerife tutorial will be a holiday with a photographic tutorial element.

2. Tutorials will take place on the Island of Tenerife.

3. The advertised price will include Return flights to Tenerife. Self catering apartment accommodation on a three sharing basis (supplement charges will apply for twin or single occupation) Tuition from photographers. Photography of models on a group basis. Transfers to and from airport.

4 A deposit is required at the time of booking of £200.00 per person. A confirmation invoice will be sent on receipt of your booking form. This invoice must be paid by 8 weeks before departure.

5. Cancellation must be received in writing and be signed by the person signing the booking form. All cancellations incur a charge once confirmation of your booking has been sent. These charges are more than 42 days loss of deposit

6. Insurance to assist us in taking care of you and other members of the party whilst on holiday we insist that adequate holiday insurance is taken out prior to departure that must be acceptable to us.

7. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any client whose behaviour is such that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to our other clients, employees, property, or to any third party. If you are prevented from travelling because in the opinion of any person in authority you appear to be unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers our responsibility for your holiday thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges shall apply & we shall be under no obligation whatsoever for any refund compensation or costs you may incur.

8. In the unlikely event that we have to make alterations to your travel arrangements or cancel your holiday we shall not pay any compensation fees. In the event of complete cancellation all Moines will be refunded in full.We reserve the right to alter details of tutorials or models without prior notice.

9. Photographs taken of models during the tutorials may not be used for publication without a model release form being signed by the model (an additional fee will be payable)

10. Where a number of people are booked on one booking form the person signing that form accepts responsibility for making payments for all members of that party
